I think this will be a long blog, I`ll tell you everything about seeing Trivium again! :)
On thursday we left home very early,we had to drive 3 or 4 hours to Cologne. I was driving and I was a bit nervous because it`s really long ago that I was driving for so many hours - and I was totally excited because of Trivium ;) but everything went good on our way, we arrived at the venue at 1 PM.
There we met Alex from Roadrunner Germany, who also did the videos of my car. He told us that Matt and Corey are on their way to a game convention and in that moment we saw them driving down the street :)
Alex had to arrange some things, so Dennis and me decided to go and eat something, there was Subway near the venue. I didn`t really had much breakfast that morning because I was too excited^^
When we went back to my car which was standing right in front of the venue, we met Bram and Mel there. We were talking a lot and waiting for more fans to come. It was already almost 4 PM but only two fans and us there...
Then we saw that Matt and Corey came back from the convention, we saw them driving behind the venue.
At that time Alex from Roadrunner came back to Dennis and me.
He arranged that my car can stand behind the venue so that nobody can damage it (you never know what Slayer fans are going to do^^)
We also were on the promo list of Trivium for showing them my car :)
So we drove to the place where my car should stand while the show.
Then the Roadrunner people brought Trivium to us :)
I was sooooo excited and absolutely happy! They hugged us and were nice as always! And they love the car! Matt saw that his birthyear is on my number plate :) I told him that it`s my birthyear too ;)
Then they signed my car, I will show you a pic of it later :) We were talking a lot and the guys from Roadrunner made another video of it =)
Suddenly Matt was taking my hand, he wanted to see my ring and said congrats to our engagement again :) That was so nice and sweet, he didn`t forget it was Dennis and me :) So we were talking a bit about his and our wedding.
Then Matt asked me which songs I`d like to hear :) Mastodon won`t play so they would add probably another song :) all the songs from Shogun I wanted to hear were already in their setlist :)
I asked them when they will be back with a headliner show, and sadly he said it will be this time next year...:( so I probably have to wait a year till I can see them again. But then Matt also said that they will be at some festivals, I told him they should come to Wacken and he said he definately want to be there! So all my hopes are that Trivium will come to Wacken! :) That would be so awesome! :)
Then I gave them the present we had for the guys. We made special Shirts which a lot of people of the german Trivium fansite have (I was wearing mine at the show) and we thought Trivium should have those too :) Seems like we bought them in the right sizes, they were really happy =)
Then we made some photos, for example the one you see on this blog :)
Then they had to go to their next promo appointment, they hugged us and said see you later :)
Dennis and me went back to the entrance of the venue, talking to Bram and Mel and our friends from the german fansite.
When the box office opened, we got our wristbands. Sadly the friend I wanted to take to the M&G was ill and felt bad, he couldn`t come :( so I took another friend from the german fansite with me (the one who looks like Corey xD ) and Dennis took a friend there, who never met Trivium before. It was a surprise for him, and it`s such a great feeling to make someone so happy!
So the show started with the local band which was from Essen, don`t remember their name, but didn`t like them anyway..
Then Amon Amarth. I`m not a fan of them but it was good, wasn`t annoyed by them^^
I tried to get to the front row, but I only made it to the second row. But I still had a good sight at the stage. Dennis was standing behind me and took photos.
Then it was time for Trivium!
Hearing the intro made my heart pounding and then Kirisute Gomen! When you hear the drums at the beginning, it`s breathtaking, I can`t describe it! I guess you all know how it is :)
Then Matt, Corey and Paolo came on stage and started with so much power, it was different than the other Trivium shows I was at. I don`t have words for it, it was incredible, powerful, amazing!!! (the other shows I`ve been to were amazing too =) this one just wasn`t the same^^)
The crowd was going crazy! In my opinion Trivium are absolutely the "winners" of the Unholy Alliance!!! They rocked the house better than Slayer! Trivium should have been the headliner!
The setlist was:

- Gunshot To The Head Of Trepidation
- Down From The Sky
- Throes Of Perdition
- Pull Harder On The Strings Of Your Martyr
not sure if it`s in the right order ;)
So when they finished their show, we went to the point where Melissa wanted to meet us. Suddenly I got a call from Alex (Roadrunner) telling me that Melissa changed the meeting point, he told me where we had to go.
We went ther and Melissa came, then it was time to go to the guys :)
It was so great seeing them two times, they asked me if I liked the show, we were all talking a bit, getting stuff signed and taking pictures, you all know how it is at the M&Gs :)
Then we had to say goodbye :(
Slayer came on stage, but we didn`t like it, so we decided to drive home. Alex left too, he told us that Trivium are much better than Slayer, one day earlier he left after 3 songs of them because he didn`t like it. And I heard that from many people now.
I`m really glad that Trivium get that good feedback and their show is fuckin amazing!
So we said bye to our friends, went to my car and we arrived home at 1 AM.
I`m still the happiest person, but at the same time I`m sad that it`s over now, I already miss the guys so bad :(
Hope I`ll see them again soon!

OMG I`m soooo excited!!!
Tomorrow I see Trivium again! :) Last time I saw them was at the Black Crusade, December 1st last year. So it`s really almost a year ago, that`s definately too long ;)
I hope their set won`t be too short, I`m so looking forward to hear some new songs, especially Down From The Sky, I love it :)
And it will be the first time I`m going to drive such a long way with my Trivium car :) Will be like 3 or 4 hours to get there, so we leave early tomorrow.
And I`m really glad that the guys from Roadrunner organised a special parking place for my car so that nobody can damage it (was a bit scared that maybe Slayer fans ore someone else won`t like the car.. ) and they also organised something else, but I will tell you everything when I`m back home from the show :)
I`m so fuckin excited, I was even dreaming of the show the whole last night. I woke up a lot but everytime I fell asleep again there was another Trivium dream about the show^^
When I woke up in the morning it felt like the show is today ;) but I have to wait another day and night :) that`s ok, this time the days went by very fast. Normally when I`m looking forward to see Trivium again the time goes by too slowly. So I`m glad it`s different this time, maybe because I was busy the last days and last week :)
So, I will write a new blog when I`m back home fom the show, will be sometime on friday! :)
I guess Sascha and Kelly will already be on their way to see Trivium then, so I wish you both a lot of fun, don`t forget to take a lot of pictures!!! :)

Volbeat!!!!! :)
Thought I make a short update about the weekend because it was amazing! :)
As I told you I was at the Volbeat concert on saturday. There we also made the pic I have in my blog ;)
Maybe some of you don`t know Volbeat yet. It`s awesome music, difficult to all other bands, but I really like it :)
So we had to drive 2 hours to get to the location. There we met 3 of our friends from the german Trivium-fansite :)
Was great to see them again :)
The location wasn`t the best, not enough place for all the people there I think. it was sold out and maybe they sold too many tickets..
There were 3 support bands and they were absolutely terrible...
We were so glad when Volbeat came on stage and they really rocked the house, hehe :) was a lot of fun. I have a lot of pics of the show and of us on my myspace site ;)
it was annoying that the fans didn`t drink all their beer, they threw it all over the crowd and in the end we all had beer everywhere...
But we had a great night with our friends and those idiots there couldn`t destroy it ;)
Another amazing moment on saturday was when we got the message that Dennis` sister got her baby :) we were so happy and so excited!!! We are so glad that everything went good, the baby and her mom are both doing good :)
As you saw in the post your picture thread, the girl is soooo cute and beautiful!!! :) Her name is Zoe Sascha and we visited her on sunday in hospital :) We were there for two hours and it`s such a great feeling to hold this little baby :)
I see babys everyday at work and hold them, but that was different because it`s a family member :)
hehe I`m in love with little Zoe :) Definately love to have my own baby someday :)
hehe and it will get some small Trivium clothes then ;) a new little TW member ;)
but now I think it`s enough of talking about it :)
There`s still our wedding to plan first ;)
AND: In 10 days it`s Trivium time!!!! =)
I can`t wait!!!!!! But you all know the feeling :)
I think at the moment some of you are at their show :)
Can`t wait to see the pics!!!!! and to hear everything about it :)
It`s great to share all these amazing moments with everyone here :)
