Hey all!
Here's my blog about one of the best nights of my life! Fucking Unholy Alliance!
The day started with my alarm, at 6.00 AM. Yes, crazy.. I know!
I took the buss at 7.00 and after that the train at 7.22.
I arrived on Amsterdam Central station at 7.40. I'd meet Kelly there at 8.00 or so. So I had to wait a bit, but that was ok.
Kelly arrived at a bit before 8.00 we rushed to the metro 
and at 8.25 we arrived at the venue.
We expected that some people would be there already. But we were the first.
At 9.45 Natalie arrived. And after her the first one came at 1.00 PM or so... So all these hours we've just been with the 3 of us.
But we had a good time, and didn't get bored at all! It was fun!
My brother arrived at... 2.30 PM or something. There were already some people....And at 3.00 Bram and Mel arrived. We didn't expect them, cause they went to the show in Germany. They told us that Matt asked them if they wanted to see the show in Amsterdam too. So Matt hold back tickets for them. It was great to meet them, we'd never met Bram and Mel before!
At like... 15 minutes before doors opened more people started to come.
So at 4.30 PM doors opened. Me, Kelly, Natalie, Bram and Mel rushed to the box office to get our backstage passes. But again, just as last time, the guestlist wasn't there. We had to wait 10 minutes for that. In that time, my brother, Jouke went into the hall to get a good spot at the barricade. And when we got our passes and went in, it wasn't that busy yet. So we could stand there too 
We started at 2nd row, but later I was at the barricade.
after 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting the local support band started. Blind Sight. They were pretty good! They played for only 15 minutes, but it was cool.
After that Amon Amart came on. Their set was fucking awesome! Almost all of the songs I know well came, so that was awesome.
I didn't headbang and scream along too much, cause I had to spare my neck and voice for Trivium!
I caught a pick from Johan, Amon Amarth's gutarist. So that's cool!
After that Mastodon came on. They were only with 3, cause the guitarist was in the hospital. I didn't really know Mastodon, but I still don't like them. The sound was really bad and I couldn't hear them singing and such. It just pretty much sucked !haha
Oh and I almost fainted during Mastodon, cause I didn't eat enough through the day... but I drunk something, ate a bit. And after that I felt a bit better.
After Mastodon...it was time for fucking Trivium!
The lights went off, and Divinity I started... My heart started to pound like crazy, I got all nervous and excited and I didn't knew what the hell to do! The Intro ended and Kirisute Gomen started... and I went fucking crazy!!! When the guys came on I started screaming like a little school girl and I just...went completely mental! And... I almost cried, I had a really hard time holding back my tears. I was just so happy and it was soo beautiful!
The sound was fucking great! The lighting was awesome and they were all sooo energetic! They've really improved live! They were just fucking, amazingly, incredibly awesome! No other words for it!
The setlist they played was:

* Throes of Perdition

* Pull Harder
I fucking loved to hear the new songs live! it was fucking incredible!
I was so out of breath after Trivium, I sang and screamed along everything!
So after Triviums set we went to the right side of the stage where should meet Melissa. But the security guy who was standing there told us the meet&greet would be after Slayers set. And we tried to tell him it was after Triviums. So he spoke with one of his colleagues and he kept telling us we didn't have to wait there cause it would be after Slayers set.
But that god! Melissa came and asked us to follow her to meet the guys. So that fucking prick from the security fucking lied to us!
But ohwell, fuck him! Melissa was there!
We were already wearing the wristbands and we could follow Melissa backstage.
The guys were standing a bit further in a hall. She said we could go to them so we were all a bit surprised cause it was alot different than last time. At the Black Crusade we met them in their dressing room...
Anywho, we went to the guys and huged them all! I gave everyone a hug except Corey so I went to him, yelled: COREY! with my arms in the air and huged him too. But he was looking at me pretty funny when I did that... hahahah.
We all didn't know what to say first, so I was standing right in front of Matt and he looked at me, sighed, and asked: Had a good time? And I was like: FUCK YEAH!? and I started to tell how fucking awsome the show was! And I told and asked him about his new screaming. When he screams really high. Cause that's fucking amazing! He also told how much he loved that we were so active in the crowd! Travis told he could see our flags really good with the lights on it and Corey told that they are going to do a festival tour in June. So that's fucking awesome!
I didn't really talk with Paolo, he was a bit quite... but it's all good.
I talked the most with Corey I think. And shit... when he talked to me, he was looking me straight in the eyes and he kept looking to me. And I just looked back cause it was so awesome! Haha! Corey's awesome!
After talking a bit everyone got their stuff signed, I got my Shogun booklet and my flag signed. Matt and Corey fucked up their sigs at my flag, but that's ok! Haha, Corey said sorry for it and Matt was like: Oh that was hard!!
So after that Melissa said it was time to get some pictures. We formed a line and Melissa took a picture of everyone individual with the band.

After the pictures it was time to say goodbye...I gave everyone a big hug and they were like: 'take care!' and 'see you next time!'
So we slowely left and went back in the hall. Slayer already begun playing. But we went to the merch stand first.
I bought a Shogun t-shirt with tour dates on the back, the shogun sweatband and beanie. After that we got a drink and such. And we were just talking alot! We were still with all TW'ers together, and my brother. Hahaha! We decided to make a picture with all Dutch TW'ers together, so my brother took that. It's a really really nice picture, it's in my gallery here 
After a while talking and all that we decided to go and see Slayer. Bram and Mell went to the smoking area and we went into the hall again.
Slayer just started to play Raining Blood so that was awesome! After that they played Dead Skin Mask and after that Angel Of Death. Which was also really awesome! As soon as they stopped playing we went back to see if Bram and Mel were still there... but we couldn't find them 
After waiting for a while we went outside the venue to eat something. There was a Burger King near by. We said bye to Natali and Tim (he's alos from TW) and walked around the venue to see if we could meet someone :P But nobody was there so we went back to the train station to go home.
I was home around midnight. I was soo tired, I was completely broken!
But it was worth it, cause it was an amazing night!
Right now, I feel great because it was so awesome! But I also feel sad cause it's over now and I miss the guys already!!
I have to wait a year till they'll come back again... but it will be worth it again!

Hey everyone,
How are you doing? I hope your all good!
I'm doing pretty good.
I've had some hectic/busy weeks with school and internship and all that. But now I have everything under control.
Last week I've had this really good conversation with my internship coach and he really reasured me. So I'm less stressful now and now I know everything will be alright. =)
The week before last week I've had 1 week holidays. It was soo nice to have just one week to have nothing on your mind. I didn't think about school, internship or anything like that... I just relaxed.
I also did some fun things. I've been hanging out with Kelly some days, we went to Amsterdam once, we went to the cinema to see The Dark Knight again. Third time for me 8)
I've also been spending time with my brother alot. Always having major fun with him!
Last tuesday me and Kelly went to make our Trivium flag for the show upcoming friday! I think mine turned out really good. I'm proud of it! Haha
I'm planning on getting it signed and then hang it in my room =)
Yesterday was Halloween. And it was awesome!!
Me, Kelly and Jolien (my best friend) organized a Halloween party. We invited alot of people...about 20 or so. And I think they all came!
Almost everyone got dressed up, which was really cool to see. Some of the people didn't have anything to dress up like, but that was ok.
But it was really fun, I had a really good time!
Alot of people were drunk, they were so funny! XD
I stayed over at Jolien for the night together with Kelly. And we went to sleep at 4.30 AM or something...so now I'm realllyyy tired!
Today I went bowling with both my brother. Was good to be spending time with both of them =)
So... what else??

Hey all!
How is everybody doing? I hope your all well :)
So this weekend, on saturday I went to Amsterdam with Kelly. And in Amsterdam there are this street artists who dress up like someone or as a statue... And 1 did Darth Vader, he was cool, so I made a picture with him =P As you can see above...
But the main reason I went to Amsterdam was to buy Shogun!! And it's fucking amazing!
I didn't hear anything of it before I bought it, so that made it even better for me. Haha, but it's fucking amazing! =D
I also bought the Metal Hammer with Trivium on the cover =) So that's awesome!
I also bought a Trivium back padge and going to make that on a black hoodie I have. I'm going to make a Trivium hoodie of it. Cause I have more Trivium padges =P
After I went to Amsterdam I had a birthday party from my cousin. Which was fun...
And after that I went to hang out with my best friend for a bit, where I listened to Shogun for the first time =)
Even though my best friend doesn't like metal, she said she really liked Shogun. So that's awesome!
Today I went sailing on an really old, authentic ship with some family. I had a good time.
The weather was lovely and there was a good wind to sail on. So that was really cool... I was a bit cold though, but still cool =)
This week school and internship again...
Thank god I'm having 1 week holidays soon, cause it's really tiring, school and internship. But it's alright =)
I think that was about it..
